No more lifting a watering can or reaching with a hose! With the pulley in place, just bump the bottom of the basket to lower it for watering, then lift it back up into place. The pulley also has a swivel so you won’t have to lift your hanging basket down to turn it. Just give it a half turn every couple of days to keep the basket blooming on all sides.
